TrueCoach by Xplor and Xplor Gym are looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer to be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and collaborating with team members to deliver impactful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop digital assets across web, email, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs.
- Work primarily in tools such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Support the Marketing team with creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Incorporate feedback to refine and improve creative assets.
- Stay current on design trends and emerging tools.
- Ensure all deliverables are optimized for digital platforms.
Experience:
- 1+ year(s) of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven track record of developing effective visual assets.
- Prior experience in motion graphics, web design, or illustration is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong creativity.
- Proficient with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital/print best practices.
- Proficient with Asana is a plus.
