Jasper is seeking a Director of Brand & Creative to shape the brand's presence. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on creative work, guiding the brand’s creative direction, managing a team of designers, and collaborating with Marketing on brand strategy and storytelling. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the concepting and execution of brand campaigns and product launches.
- Partnering with Marketing leadership on brand strategy and translating it into creative work.
- Managing and inspiring a creative team of designers.
- Championing new ways of working by integrating AI into the creative process.
- Ensuring creative execution connects across touch points with Marketing, Product, and Sales.
- Maintaining and evolving Jasper’s brand guidelines and creative systems.
- Creating case studies, thought leadership content, and brand narratives.
- Tracking performance of brand campaigns and refining creative approaches.
