Role: Graphic Designer
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time
Work Setup: WFO/WFH
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Image Editing & Production Design: Edit both product and lifestyle images for various platforms and resolutions.
- Print & Digital Layouts: Edit or create visually polished design layouts for printed and digital product materials.
- Line Art Creation: Produce clean, precise 2D line drawings.
- Packaging Copy Edits: Apply updates or revisions to product packaging copy.
- Brand Collateral Design: Design and edit posters, plaques, employee headshots, holiday cards, business cards, and other branded visual materials.
- Project Workflow Management: Manage task prioritization, deadlines, and asset delivery using project management tools.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on graphic design experience.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related creative field.
- Portfolio: A strong, updated portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums.
- Brand Alignment: Demonstrated ability to design within existing brand guidelines.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout composition.
Must be open to working flexible hours.
