Our content empowers users to explore, compare and master online marketing tools to build and optimize their online presence. By partnering with leading platforms, we provide in-depth guidance and earn commissions through customer referrals, allowing us to keep our content free and accessible to everyone.

I'm Simon, the founder of Metics Media. We're currently a team of five, including three full-time content creators, and we're excited to grow by bringing on a talented thumbnail designer to help our videos stand out and drive even more clicks.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of Metics Media long-term. As we expand, you will grow with us, taking on more responsibility, with the potential to play a key role in the company’s future success.

Tasks

• Develop compelling video packaging concepts (title + thumbnail)
• Design eye-catching thumbnails tailored for performance
• Analyze and optimize video results through A/B testing of thumbnails
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in thumbnail design and viewer behavior

Requirements

• Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required)
• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling and how to communicate ideas quickly and clearly through imagery
• Excellent skills in Photoshop
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Quiet work environment: a dedicated room where you can work without distractions
• Reliable computer suitable for graphic design work
• Fast internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload)
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Excellent English skills
• Work permit for the country you live in

Compensation
