Role Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, software, QA, operations) to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation (schedules, scope, progress reports) and provide regular status updates.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, including mitigation plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Manage customer support requests, identify trends, and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct user training sessions and office hours, providing ongoing support.
- Monitor customer software usage, identify adoption gaps, and improve software value.
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in P&C or specialty insurance (underwriting, operations, product, process, or systems).
- Experience in customer success, customer service, client relationship management, or project management in software or IT.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Solid experience in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and software development lifecycles.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications a plus.
Compensation: $70,000 - $115,000 (negotiable).
