Job Summary: As an Associate AI Scientist at Trace3, experiment with cutting-edge approaches and develop proprietary models for complex challenges. Leverage a consultative mindset to support AI solution development and implementation, contributing to measurable business value for clients.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in developing and implementing AI solutions using advanced machine learning techniques, prescriptive methods, simulations, and causal inference.
- Support process improvement initiatives by preparing data and conducting analyses.
- Develop and validate statistical models under senior guidance.
- Collaborate to transform business requirements into analytical approaches.
- Participate in client workshops and translate technical findings into insights.
- Support automated monitoring solutions for business processes.
- Create technical reports and experiment results.
- Assist in project deliverables and executive summaries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data science or related analytical roles.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
- Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Understanding of common generative AI applications and architectures (e.g., RAG, contextual routing).
- Strong appetite for continual learning and upskilling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Coursework or internship experience in data analysis or machine learning.
- Comfort with selecting and approaching basic machine learning challenges.
- Understanding of basic statistical methods (central tendency, probability, sampling).
- Experience in consulting roles and navigating complex problems.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 USD
