Full-Time Associate Design & Project Manager

We are seeking talented and driven Design professionals in Mexico City for the role of Associate Design & Project Manager.

Fluent English written and verbal is required. All communication is in English.

As an Associate Design & Project Manager, you will collaborate with a global network of people internally (SlideHub) and externally to deliver presentation designs for our clients.

All new hires will participate in a paid training program to acquire necessary skills for client work.

Training Period: 08:00-16:00 MX

CVs must be submitted in English. Applicants must demonstrate sufficient written and spoken English skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage client projects from initial dialogue to presentation delivery.
• Develop high-quality presentation designs for demanding clients.
• Manage SlideHub's network of freelancers.
• Participate in business development activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Willing to work in morning & evening shifts (CET).
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Experience/education in graphic design (PowerPoint is welcome, not necessary)
• Valid work permit for Mexico

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
• 18 days of paid annual leave + bank holidays
• Primarily morning shifts, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
• Shift Times (Winter):
• Morning: 09:00-17:00 MX
• Evening: 17:00-01:00 MX
• Shift Times (Summer):
• Morning: 08:00-16:00 MX
• Evening: 16:00-00:00 MX

Salary: 20,600 MXN (gross per month)
