Associate Director, PMO

Responsibilities:
- Assess the organizational landscape; work with Functional leaders to own work-planning, resource management, and forecasting.
- Liaise with Client Services and other departments to build budgets and plan projects.
- Keep project teams on-track and in line with client expectations.
- Perform budget/progress reporting for internal and client audiences.
- Plan, resource, execute, and manage cross-functional teams on high-quality, award-worthy, profitable projects/programs.
- Liaise with department heads to plan projects, define scope, develop budgets, create schedules, and map resource requirements.
- Coordinate with Resource Management and department heads to staff engagements/projects.
- Serve as primary client interface for tactical, project-specific communications.
- Manage against project plans and budgets, adapting to changes impacting delivery.
- Facilitate progress/status meetings (internal and external).
- Monitor and report on project progress and budget usage.
- Maintain accurate project financial reporting.
- Manage project issues and mitigate risks.
- Partner with Client Services to gather requirements, set/manage client expectations, define deadlines, build forecasts, and craft contracts.
- Lead and line manage a team of project managers.
- Collaborate on PM curriculum and content development, efficacy monitoring, and evolution.
- Ensure new PMs are set up for success.
- Own inputs to resource management and forecasting for projects/engagements.
- Provide value-added input on creative execution.
- Adopt, enforce, and contribute to improving Just Global’s processes.
- Responsible for PMO-specific process definition and change management.
- Ensure QA/QC of agency work-product.
- Support Global Operations and agency-wide change management.
Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of digital project management experience.
- Track record of delivering campaigns/engagements/projects on time and within budget.
- Manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing projects with multiple media channels/tactics.
- Managing multi-project programs for single/multiple clients.
- Managing external vendors (including offshore/nearshore).
