Full-Time Associate Director - Scheduling

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director - Scheduling to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling on prior projects or programs.
• Optimize resource use to complete work plans within budget and time constraints in an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment.
• Follow established planning and scheduling methodology to develop project schedules.
• Develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines.
• Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology.
• Contribute to Work Breakdown Structure development for performance measurement.
• Analyze schedule data to identify trends, issues, and areas needing attention, communicating them to the Project Director and Team.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients on project schedules.
• Coach and mentor the planning team.
• Lead schedule reporting, including forecast updates and contingency management.
• Lead schedule updates, analysis, and reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure contractor schedule compliance with integrated schedules/milestones.
• Analyze resource requirements and availability impacts on schedules and recommend recovery options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree (preferred) in related fields.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a scheduling role in the construction industry.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency in network planning structures and techniques.
• Experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel (when required).
• SOX control responsibilities may apply.
• On-site presence may vary based on client needs.
