Mission – SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform helping enterprises boost event impact with CRM-connected, high-quality experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events/webinars. Focus is on Life Sciences, powering Onomi for HCP engagement. Role – This role is for experienced event professionals with event technology experience looking to excel at service excellence. Passion for attendee experiences through app-based event solutions needed. Work with clients in Life Science, Professional Services, and Enterprise, becoming a subject matter expert. Handle in-person, remote, and hybrid events. Value added at each project lifecycle stage. Fast-paced environment with a strong customer focus. High-growth opportunity; project managers often become Senior within 2-3 years.
As an Associate Event Project Manager, you'll successfully deliver high volumes of events, reporting to the Manager, Event Services. This includes:
- Independently building, configuring, and launching web/mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage (35%).
- Professionally managing clients and stakeholders with clear, timely communication to enhance the client experience (20%).
- Coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless live event execution, including badge printing, iPad sign-in, lead scanning, AV/equipment management, audience engagement, and app review (20%).
- Ensuring speakers are briefed and prepared for webinars/virtual/onsite presentations (20%).
- Handling post-event communications, analyzing data, and creating insightful reports & recommendations to clients (5%).
Objectives – onboarding, system/process familiarity, team introduction, and hitting the ground running in the first month.
First Month: SpotMe Academy certification; embedding in platform development; shadowing colleagues across event project stages; participating in virtual/onsite events.
After 3 Months: Leading first event as Project Lead; managing kickoff calls; showcasing technical knowledge of event requirements; building new events in Backstage; delivering quality follow-up emails; no errors in email configuration during project review; leading live event days with high client satisfaction metrics (CES ≥4.3, sNPS ≥56%); completing all assigned onsite deployments with positive customer feedback.
After 6 Months: Delivering multiple virtual/onsite events; maintaining high satisfaction metrics (CES ≥4.5, sNPS ≥60%); building existing and new events in Backstage with minimal supervision, delivering quality follow-up emails with no errors in all modules; receiving positive customer feedback for contributions to successful event delivery and enhanced event experiences.
