Full-Time Associate Principal Engineer, Delivery

• Total experience: 11+ years in Oracle ERP implementation & delivery.
• Expertise: Project Manager handling large-scale ERP programs.
• Experience: Oracle ERP processes across Order to Cash, Hire to Retire, and Customer Support.
• Understanding: Oracle ERP modules; exposure to other ERP platforms (SAP, Workday, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Track record: Client relationship management and delivery governance.
• Proficiency: MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and on-premises to cloud migration projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and change management.
• Exposure to integration projects involving ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Communication: Able to convey complex messages clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding client’s business use cases and technical requirements.
• Mapping decisions with requirements and translating to developers.
• Identifying solutions and narrowing down the best option.
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations.
• Writing and reviewing design documents.
• Reviewing architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, etc.
• Developing and designing the overall solution.
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios.
• Resolving issues through systematic analysis.
• Carrying out POCs to ensure design/technologies meet requirements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
