Full-Time Associate Principal Engineer, Machine Learning

• Understanding functional requirements and analyzing client needs.
• Envisioning overall solutions, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities for application development.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts.
• Creating and validating WBS and effort estimates.
• Addressing issues promptly and responding to challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Giving constructive feedback and setting clear expectations.

• Total experience: 11+ years.
• Strong experience in Machine Learning, with focus on NLP and AI-driven solutions.
• Expert in Python, with deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Strong grasp of NLP techniques (tokenization, word embeddings, transformers).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GANs, VAEs, RAG) and Prompt Engineering.
• Solid background in Computer Vision and image processing tools like OpenCV.
• Experience deploying ML models to production and monitoring them.
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) and semantic search techniques.
• Proven leadership in data science team management.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
