Full-Time Associate Product Manager - Broker

As a (Associate) Product Manager in our Broker space you will be mainly responsible for our Derivatives product and managing tradability across our product offerings. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Define, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap for our derivatives trading features, managing trade-offs to maximize user value and business impact.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Partnerships teams to build, launch, and iterate on impactful product initiatives.
• Establish strong relationships with external partners, including derivatives issuers and financial data providers.
• Translate user research, quantitative data analysis, and customer feedback into a cohesive product vision, user stories, and intuitive user experiences.

1–2 years of practical product management experience, gained as a junior PM, through a structured internship, or by driving product-focused projects in a dynamic startup or tech environment Love for problem solving and hand-on mentality with strong empathy for customers: from idea to UX-prototype to user story and design, you can handle it Great understanding of product management practices and incorporating diverse inputs (user research, data, market analysis) into product strategy Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering and design Strong academic background with a degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field
