Full-Time Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager (or APM) will have project-specific responsibilities & ownership of low/mid complexity projects across a set of client account(s).

Responsibilities Include:

• Point of contact for client for low/mid complexity work
• Solicit client direction & input; manage client expectations
• Support the organization and prioritization of work
• Consultative approach to identify and mitigate project risks
• Synthesize client interactions into actionable direction
• Deliver high-quality work exceeding client expectations
• Financial management: pricing, budget management, reconciliation, billing, communicating financial status/risks/mitigation plans to clients
• Partner with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology to establish project approach and execute work
• Work closely with Account partners to define & activate project work
• Serve as organization hub for assigned clients and project work
• Manage daily hot sheets, facilitate project work flow, align staff
• Facilitate efficient agency communication, capturing meeting notes and outlining next steps
• Create and manage project timelines and resource assignments
• Develop decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Expand financial management responsibilities: scoping/estimating work, budget management, supporting other agency financial processes
• Prepare/support and lead client submissions
• Monitor and assign tasks to internal project team
• Run client and team meetings
• Accountable for delivering projected revenue
• Work closely with account management to ensure accurate financial projections

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience, agency/pharma setting preferred
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Client-facing abilities
• Solid presentation skills
