Full-Time Associate Project Manager

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the construction project management team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role will report to a project manager and assist cross-functional partners in Development, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Weekly and monthly budget review and reporting (forecast cash flows, invoice review, lien waiver review, actuals, accruals, forecasts).
• Review and monitor project schedules to ensure alignment and track contractor milestones.
• Understand construction and consulting contracts, track owner, contractor, and 3rd party deliverables.
• Develop project trackers for quality and commissioning.
• Track owner-supplied materials and ensure milestone payments/contractual notices.
• Assist project finance in compiling monthly documentation (lien waivers, invoices, etc.).
• Review PODs, weekly/monthly reports and propose edits.
• Generate monthly external progress reports (schedule & budget, coordinating across departments).
• Liaise with the owner's engineer and manage deliverables.
• Review invoices weekly, approve/reject, verify classifications, and communicate with vendors.
• Review and manage EPC engineering documents (IFP, IFC, RFI, submittals, etc.).
