Full-Time Associate Staff Engineer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of total experience.
• Strong working experience with React.js and React Native.
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with popular React workflows (e.g., Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
• Experience in mobile app development, with a focus on performance optimization.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode, Android Studio, etc.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify solutions, optimize processes, and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and reviewing high-quality code.
• Understanding client business use cases and technical requirements, and converting them into technical designs.
• Mapping decisions with requirements and translating them to developers.
• Identifying different solutions and selecting the best option for client needs.
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation.
• Writing and reviewing design documents explaining application architecture.
• Reviewing architecture and design aspects (extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs), ensuring best practices are followed.
• Developing and designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks for solutions.
• Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios.
• Resolving issues through root cause analysis and decision justification.
• Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs).
