Full-Time Associate Staff Engineer, Mobile React Native

Requirements:

• Total experience: 5+ years.
• Strong working experience: React Native and React.js.
• Hands-on experience: JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with popular React workflows: Redux.
• Familiarity with: RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
• Experience in mobile app development: with a focus on performance optimization.
• Familiarity with native build tools: Xcode, Android Studio.
• Solid understanding: responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills: attention to detail.
• Ability to: simplify solutions, optimize processes, resolve escalated issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills: collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for: learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Writing and reviewing high-quality code.
2. Understanding client business use cases and technical requirements to create elegant technical designs.
3. Mapping decisions to requirements and translating them for developers.
4. Identifying solutions and selecting the best option for client needs.
5. Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFRs) during project implementation.
6. Writing and reviewing design documents explaining application architecture, framework, and high-level design.
7. Reviewing architecture and design, including extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs; ensuring best practices.
8. Developing and designing solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
9. Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios to projects.
10. Resolving issues through systematic root cause analysis, justifying decisions.
11. Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate design and technology choices.
