We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our world-class team in the exciting field of information technology. The Super Squad Automation and Data Analytics team within T-CNF handles core network automation and data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions for automatic data extraction from Visio files using Machine Learning and rule-based image recognition.
- Integrate developed solutions into our existing environment.
- Create visualizations of extracted objects.
- Develop solutions for measuring detection algorithm accuracy.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to enhance CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience using Python.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Proficient in version control (Git).
- Experience with REST APIs (Flask).
- Experience with CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud native applications.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Fluency in English.
Advantages:
- Knowledge of German
- Experience in cross-functional and international development projects
- Practical experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, OpenCV2, Keras, TensorFlow)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio
- Skills/interest in geometric topics (coordinate transformations)
