Full-Time Senior Kotlin/Java Software Engineer

Join the Client Technology Tribe, ensuring state-of-the-art security for our clients in authentication and KYC processes.

Develop and maintain the Salesforce platform to enhance marketing and client support efficiency, and maintain the public website. We aim to simplify complexity and improve client experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with highly motivated engineers and academics
• Utilizing cutting-edge technologies and modern software development practices (agile, continuous integration/deployment, test automation, cloud infrastructure)
• Engaging with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS: ECS, Fargate, Lambda)
• Writing clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code, treating security as paramount
• Bringing products to production and demonstrating real business value
• Improving engineering excellence in the team

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of backend experience in Java/Kotlin
• Knowledge of JWT, Docker, Spring, AWS, Git, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code with an agile mindset
• Strong analytical skills (technical and product domain)
• Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership
• Experience building microservices
• AWS or other cloud provider experience
• Strong communication skills (clear, concise, professional English)
• Experience with security topics and/or DevOps (advantage)
• Financial industry and software product development experience (advantage)
