Full-Time Engineering Manager Client Lifecycle

Work in the Client Technology tribe to simplify complexity for clients and improve their experience.

Build features aiding clients' life journey, using Scalable and improving the client mailbox platform.

Build, empower, and manage a team of engineers, helping them grow and build a performant, agile, self-organizing team.

Provide technical expertise and share best practices with your team.

Build & integrate new features with Product and Design Teams.

Define OKRs for your team to achieve business goals.

Organize, prioritize, and achieve business goals with your team and Product.

Be part of the recruitment process for potential new team members.

Required qualifications:

• University degree (e.g., computer science, engineering, sciences) or comparable qualification
• Profound experience as a developer (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript) working in the cloud (preferably AWS)
• Passion for people development; experience in people management is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking (technical and product domain)
• Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership (Microservices)
• Profound understanding of RESTful API Design
• Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code; agile mindset
• Excellent communication skills (engineering, product, marketing, etc.)
• Background in financial services is a plus
