Full-Time Mobility Sector Java Tech Lead

We are seeking a Java Tech Lead to lead a mid-sized team of 10 people in developing and delivering mobility services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Technical leadership and guiding team members
• Architecture decisions and best practices in development, deployment, and maintenance
• Collaborating with stakeholders for aligning technology with business goals
• Leading the backend development team with technical guidance and mentorship
• Designing and developing scalable and high-performance Java-based backend solutions
• Ensuring best practices in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud deployments
• Overseeing code reviews, system design, and technical documentation
• Driving the adoption of modern software development methodologies and tools
• Extensive backend Java experience, including unit testing and TDD
• Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in Linux command-line operations
• Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS, Serverless, IAM, and other AWS services
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Sonar, Docker, Maven, GIT/Gerrit)
• Familiarity with development tools (JIRA, Confluence, Eclipse, or IntelliJ)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
