Full-Time Fullstack Engineer (Java/Kotlin+Typescript)

You will join the Client Technology Tribe, providing state-of-the-art security to clients. You'll maintain and enhance identification processes through KYC.

Ensure convenient and legally-secure T&C consent, GDPR-compliant data processing.

Develop and maintain the Salesforce platform, improve marketing communication and client support efficiency, maintain/improve the public website.

Client Technology aims to simplify complexity for clients and continuously improve their experience.

Join a new team in Client Lifecycle and/or Marketing Growth.

Work with highly motivated engineers and academics, implementing change in the financial industry.

Utilize cutting-edge technologies and modern software development practices (e.g., agile, self-managed teams, CI/CD, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure).

Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code, treating security as a priority.

Bring products to production and deliver real business value.

Improve engineering excellence within the team.

Requirements include:

• University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years frontend experience (TypeScript, React, NextJS, Cypress, Webpack, Material Design, Express).
• 2+ years backend experience (Java/Kotlin, JWT, Docker, Spring, AWS, Git, GraphQL, RESTful APIs).
• Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code, and agile mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking (technical and product domain).
• Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership (microservices).
• Practical experience with AWS (or other cloud providers).
• Clear, open, concise communication skills; professional English proficiency.
• Previous security and/or DevOps experience is a plus.
• Financial industry and financial software development experience is an advantage.
