Full-Time Associate Staff Engineer Teamcenter

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation.
• Strong experience in solution design, installation, configuration, setup, and upgrades of Teamcenter PLM technology solutions.
• Experience in validating test cases in Polarion.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter (RAC + AW), admin & support.
• Planning and executing Teamcenter maintenance patches and major version upgrades.
• Improving the performance of the existing PLM system.
• Implementing and maintaining DevOps best practices for Teamcenter.
• Proficiency in Windows scripting and shell scripting (Batch, PowerShell).
• Experience in Multi-CAD administration (NX, Solid Edge, and CATIA).
• Hands-on experience in managing database administration for MS SQL & Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding functional requirements and analyzing client needs.
• Envisioning the overall solution for functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and toolsets.
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts.
• Creating, understanding, validating WBS and estimated effort for modules/tasks.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding to setbacks, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Giving constructive feedback and setting clear expectations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Solving issues during code/design review.
• Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
