Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM / TPM) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) focused on AI enablement. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring seamless coordination between various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects (program definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and execution).
- Work on projects using AI/ML technologies.
- Understand, clarify requirements for leads and developers.
- Collaborate with clients, sales, tech leaders, developers, QA engineers, product managers, and vendors.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows to improve delivery speed.
- Define and implement quality, release metrics, and process improvements.
- Resolve project deadlocks and constraints.
- Drive planning and execution of releases.
- Collect and analyze data for informed business decisions.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular program updates.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of program/project/account management experience in a fast-paced tech company.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing technical projects and implementing release strategies.
- Building rapport with clients, leading to new opportunities and upselling.
- Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and automation tools.
- Ability to work with SMEs on various technologies (frontend, backend, cloud, infrastructure).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Self-driven and proactive mindset.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an ATPM/TPM role.
- Experience with Python, Selenium, or user-level automation.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and AI/ML model deployment.
