About the Role: Seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) with focus on AI enablement.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Client Accounts and Project Ownership: Lead cross-functional projects (program definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, execution).
• AI & Technology Enablement: Work on projects leveraging AI/ML technologies.
• Delivery Management: Understand, clarify, and articulate requirements, assist in scoping, schedule preparation, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, sales, tech leaders, developers, QA engineers, product managers.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, enhance testing and release processes.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Define and implement quality, release metrics, process improvements to reduce time-to-market.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Act as a technical problem solver, resolving project deadlocks.
• Release Management: Drive planning of major/minor and maintenance release windows.
• Data-Driven Execution: Collect and analyze data to track project performance.
• Communication & Documentation: Maintain structured documentation and provide program updates.

Requirements:

• Technical Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Project & Program Management: 5+ years of experience managing technical projects.
• Account Management: Build rapport with clients for new opportunities, conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• AI/ML Exposure: Experience or familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
• Deep Hands-on Technical Expertise: Ability to work with SMEs on frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
• Agile & Release Management: Experience managing Agile methodologies.
• Strong Communication & Collaboration: Ability to convey technical concepts.
• Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and optimize workflows.
• Self-Driven & Proactive Mindset: Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Documentation: Ensure all account and project details are up-to-date and documented.
