Food Assurance Certification US Audit Execution Manager: Oversee and manage all audit process elements, including full-time and contract auditors, from scheduling to certification package preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all audit services, including reporting, corrective action review, and certification package preparation.
- Support development, documentation, and implementation of operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage audit execution, reporting, and corrective action review, aligning with KPIs.
- Develop and manage audit teams (full-time and contract auditors).
- Maintain auditor competency requirements, training, and sign-offs.
- Coordinate and lead auditor calibration meetings.
- Manage HR elements, including performance reviews.
- Communicate client requirements and optimize client satisfaction.
- Support US certification program accreditations.
- Stay current on industry trends through events, networking, and associations.

- General audit processes, procedures, and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Food, Quality, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years managing food auditing activities.
- Experience leading Food Assurance services in a local and global environment.
- Ability to function collaboratively and secure support for business goals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and independent.
- US work authorization.
- Travel required (mostly US, sometimes Europe or Asia).
