Full-Time Aviation Program Manager

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Program Manager to oversee airport projects in Honolulu.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage airport programs/projects from inception to completion, ensuring budget, timeline, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, security, and customer service departments to ensure program implementation.
3. Liaise with external stakeholders (airlines, government, contractors, vendors) to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
4. Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
5. Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.
6. Prepare and present updates/reports to senior management.
7. Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules.
8. Lead and mentor a project manager team.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS in relevant field + 8 years experience or demonstrated equivalency.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's degree, Professional Engineer (P.E.), and/or CCM certification.
• 10+ years experience in airport operations or program management.
• Experience with multiple program delivery methods (DBB, DB, CMAR, PDB).
• Proven track record of managing complex projects/programs (>$10M).
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airport safety standards, and industry best practices.
