Full-Time AWS DevOps Engineer

Tasks

1. Designing and implementing AWS infrastructure using services such as VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SQS/SNS, Lambda, and DynamoDB to meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.
2. Utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Serverless to provision and manage AWS resources in a consistent and reproducible manner.
3. Developing and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or related platforms.
4. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our CI/CD processes and proposing new solutions for implementation, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
5. Collaborating with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines with code repositories (e.g., GitHub), issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira), and other related tools.
6. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members on AWS best practices, CI/CD implementation, and infrastructure automation.
7. Demonstrating proficiency in scripting or coding with modern languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C# to automate tasks and enhance system functionalities.
8. Utilizing both Windows and Linux environments as needed to support our diverse infrastructure requirements.

Requirements

1. Hands on experience with AWS Services like VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, RDS,
    ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SQS/SNS, Lambda , DynamoDB
2. Experience with Infrastructure as Code Tooling – Terraform, Serverless 
3. Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
    Pipelines and tooling (Github, Jira, or related) 
4. Should be able to propose new solutions for CI/CD implementation
5. AWS DevOps Engineer certification is a plus.
6. Some experience with windows and/or Linux
7. Hands on skills in scripting or coding with modern languages such as C#,
    Python, java script
