We're looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer with solid experience in Azure cloud environments, who thrives in collaborative delivery teams and is passionate about automation, infrastructure-as-code, and building reliable, secure systems.This role is ideal for someone who’s already comfortable working across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and wants to deepen their expertise while contributing to impactful client projects. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and solution architects in a culture that values technical excellence, autonomy, and shared learning.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and/or Bicep
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based environments for performance, cost, and reliability
- Support developers and QA engineers in building smooth, fast delivery workflows
- Contribute to DevSecOps practices by integrating security controls and compliance automation
- Collaborate with architects to design infrastructure that supports solution scalability and maintainability
- Document processes and contribute to internal tooling and DevOps standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure Kubernetes, App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools — Terraform or Bicep
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Solid understanding of networking, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and identity/access management in cloud contexts
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Prometheus/Grafana
- Comfortable working in Agile, fast-paced environments with distributed teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) in production
- Exposure to PowerShell or Python scripting for automation
- Knowledge of Azure Policies, Blueprints, or Landing Zones
- Certifications like AZ-104, AZ-400 or equivalent
