Job Details
We are seeking a B2B Assistant to join our Accounting team.
- Admin and accounting in relation to contracts with French and foreign partners.
- Regular communication with the Partnership and the Controlling team.
- Accounting, cleaning, and lettering of B2C revenue.
- Helping in forecasting the cash collection for 3 months.
- Helping with internal control and automation of processes.
- Chasing and collecting overdue balances.
- Issue and distribution of invoices for some customers.
- Currently in a Master's degree program, ideally specialized in Finance/Accounting.
- Able to use Excel in a professional environment.
- First experience using an IT/ERP tool is a plus.
- Motivated, rigorous and curious to discover a Finance department.
- Speak English.
- A team player.
