Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2200 USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION
Position Overview: The B2B Lead Generation Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and enriching CRM data, researching new opportunities, and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enrich CRM data (Pipedrive) with accurate and useful metadata about prospects and current opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities and add them to tools like Hunter.io or Pipedrive.
- Follow up on rotting deals in the CRM using provided templates to maintain progress.
- Prepare and format scope-of-work documents and proposals using Pipedrive and Proposify.
- Leverage tools like Zapier to automate data flows between systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of data and processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with project management tools like Basecamp.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Clay.com.
- Familiarity with Zapier or other no-code automation tools.
