This part of the role involves administrative people management tasks, mentoring, and supporting your chapter members in their career journeys and ensuring their personal and professional development at MOIA.
About the Payment Team
The Payment team is dedicated to delivering a convenient and secure payment experience to our passengers. We have successfully implemented robust payment solutions for millions of rides in Hamburg and Hanover, and are now taking on a new challenge: scaling our B2C payment system within a B2B2C/B2G2C licensing model across multiple European cities. This involves building infrastructure to integrate new payment providers and incorporating payment flows within MOIA's extensive distributed system. Additionally, the team collaborates with other departments to develop key features and capabilities for our users. You will join a cross-functional team that includes a product manager, backend engineers, app developers, quality specialists, and an agile coach. The team shares an unwavering passion for creating impactful software solutions that not only cater to our current users but also allow for significant scalability. To achieve our ambitious goals, they design and maintain backend micro-services and mobile app components, always emphasizing a future-proof and resilient architecture.
