Job Details
Position: One-on-one Behavioral Technician working with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental delays.
Responsibilities:
- Help clients develop social and communication skills and address repetitive/restrictive behaviors.
- Follow and implement behavior-change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Document client progress, milestones, and data collection for treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with individuals with special needs and strong communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
- Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, OR a minimum of one year of relevant experience (e.g., Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, Behavior Technician).
