Looking for Freelance to market our Genuine profiles. Recurring commission till consultant on project.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Bench Sales or IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US staffing, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and job boards.
- Proven track record of marketing and placing consultants in various domains
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple consultants and clients simultaneously.
