Job Details
As a Bid Manager, you will deliver proposals for medior, large, and complex opportunities. Your objective is to produce a winning proposal in collaboration with sales and specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Form and lead the virtual bid team.
- Prepare the bid plan.
- Develop the best strategic approach.
- Contribute to negotiations with customers and partners.
- Contribute to the written proposal.
- Assess project risks and opportunities.
- Compile financials and provide financial analysis.
- Ensure proposal compliance.
- Identify market competitors.
- Arrange post-bid reviews.
- Collaborate with international teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in bid management.
- Wide general ICT knowledge.
- Strong affinity with application solutions.
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Prince II).
- Able to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- Result-driven with strong analytical and synthetic capacities.
- Good writing, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to make things happen.
- Languages: Perfect written and spoken knowledge of Dutch or French, the other language proficient. English: proficient.
