Part-Time Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative - One Year Contract
Job Summary
The Homescan Operations group supports the organization in its efforts to sell and service consumer data solutions.
As a part-time Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Investigating and solving telephone and email queries from our Household Panel Members.
- Assisting panel members with any problems concerning scanner operations.
- Updating all panel information.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent English and French communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Good logic and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
- Strong customer focus and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Technically savvy with strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
