Part-Time Bilingual Patient Support Specialist

Cloud DX is seeking a Bilingual Patient Support Specialist to join our growing team!

This part-time role offers flexibility, perfect for adapting to varying schedules.

As a key contact for patients using our remote monitoring solutions, you'll provide frontline support, assist with inquiries, and ensure successful completion of daily monitoring tasks.

Identify and escalate technical issues as needed. You'll also guide clinician clients and prospects on proper use of Cloud DX equipment and software.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, escalating as needed
• Record correspondence correctly in CRM for compliance
• Conduct follow-ups and scheduled callbacks
• Monitor and assign support tickets
• Stay current with system updates
• Guide clients on equipment and software use

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English & another language): Fluency in English and another language (French-English, Spanish-English preferred, other combinations welcome)
• Team player: Approachable and supportive
• Phone comfort: Strong communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette
• Detail-oriented: Precision-focused
• Flexible: Ability to adapt to various schedules
• Multitasking abilities: Handle high volume of requests
• Problem-solving skills: Identify and resolve issues, conduct research
• Passion for helping others: Listen attentively to connect patients/clients with support

• Experience with ticketing systems
• Experience in a call queue environment
