We're seeking a Bilingual Senior Strategic Product Consultant to support the specialization of our Financial Management and Preconstruction product lines for General Contractors.
In this role, you'll leverage your consultative mindset, construction industry knowledge, and Procore's software platforms to advise clients and drive long-term value realization.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to assess business processes and strategic goals, maximizing clients' use of Procore for desired outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with Project Managers to deliver services assessing strategic goals and business processes, creating solutions supporting client use cases.
- Collaborate with Customer Success managers for ongoing services supporting continuous process improvement and long-term value realization.
- Interpret, consult, and enhance client strategic goals, initiatives, and outcomes.
- Synthesize client business motivations, operations, and analysis.
- Partner with other Strategic Product Consultants, advising on best practices, SOP guidance, development, rollout and training strategies, and rollout execution.
- Leverage construction industry knowledge to improve client processes in Procore and across their organization.
- Provide high-level service and education to clients through clear communication.
- Foster a positive team culture through onboarding, training, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with Procore personnel to develop best practices and drive Procore Solutions as a market leader.
- Develop mastery of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices.
- Up to 50% travel to client sites (domestic and international), industry events, and Procore offices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken proficiency required).
- 5+ years of construction industry experience, seeking a fast-paced software training and advisory role.
- Previous experience as Controller or Project Manager for General Contractors.
- Experience managing all project financials, including budget, general conditions, productivity, forecasting, and profit projections.
- Knowledge of contract management, change orders, and invoices (upstream and downstream).
- Experience with take-offs, estimates/proposals, bid management, bid leveling, and buyout/contract negotiations.
- Experience establishing SOPs or programs preferred.
- Training or software support preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
