We’re seeking a Bilingual Senior Strategic Product Consultant to bolster our Financial Management and Preconstruction product lines for General Contractors. This role leverages your consultative expertise, construction industry knowledge, and Procore software platforms to advise clients and drive long-term value.
As a Senior Strategic Product Consultant, you'll partner with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to assess business processes and strategic objectives. Your goal is to optimize client use of Procore for desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to define and implement solutions supporting client use cases.
- Partner with Customer Success Engineers for continuous improvement and value realization.
- Interpret, advise, and elevate client strategic goals.
- Synthesize client business motivations and operations for analysis.
- Collaborate with other Strategic Product Consultants to share best practices, create SOPs, and support rollout strategies.
- Leverage construction industry knowledge to enhance client Procore and organizational processes.
- Develop and implement best practices to solidify Procore's market leadership.
- Master Procore’s product offerings, business model, and emerging technologies.
- Travel up to 50% for client site visits, industry events, and Procore offices.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and successfully communicate with clients.
- Fluent French speaker, verifiable via assessment.
- 5+ years construction industry experience with a background in software training or advisory roles.
- Controller or Project Manager experience for general contractors, managing financial aspects (budget, conditions, productivity, forecasting).
- Experience with contracts, change orders, and invoicing.
- Knowledge of take-offs, estimates, bid management, negotiations.
- SOP creation or program management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
