Full-Time Billing Specialist

The opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Billing Specialist to manage our end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from project charge to cash collection.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Revenue & Invoicing:

• Set up and maintain client records.
• Execute billing using accounting and project management software (OpenAir and Netsuite knowledge is a plus).
• Compile and prepare invoice supporting documentation.
• Manage invoice submissions to meet client requirements.
• Research and resolve billing issues.
• Reconcile charges to statements of work.
• Respond to requests for W-9s, vendor forms, and more.

Cash Receipts & Accounts Receivable:

• Conduct periodic account reconciliations.
• Generate and compile reports from the accounting system.
• Handle inquiries about account status and transaction details.
• Resolve past-due invoices from the aging report.
• Communicate billing delays to the accounting team.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in bookkeeping/accounting principles.
• 3+ years in a similar billing role.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial or lead experience.
• Experience with Netsuite and OpenAir is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate or advanced).
