AECOM is seeking a motivated BIM Manager for immediate employment.
We are looking for someone experienced in the full BIM and CIIM lifecycle, from reality capture to digital twins.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Civil Information Modeling, leading projects, producing civil infrastructure models, structuring asset information, using current digital delivery methods, and ensuring interoperability across vertical, rail, and bridge design.
Responsibilities:
- Guide project teams in using CIM for advanced digital delivery and validating digital progress.
- Identify technology innovations to improve project outcomes.
- Support project processes, train participants, and participate in project teams using CIIM.
- Coordinate, guide, and direct common data environments, including reference workflows and interoperability.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BIM and CIIM, leading BIM/CIIM technology in various building and infrastructure types.
- Experience supporting and training staff on the process.
- Proficiency with Revit, Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks, MicroStation, Twinmotion, Common Data Environments (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, etc.).
- Experience with LiDAR, Point Clouds, Field Survey, Dynamo, Python, LISP, IFC, Power BI, and other graphic design/visualization tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
