Full-Time BIM Manager

BIM Consultant Role: Work within a skilled team to implement BIM strategy for global clients, from strategy to project level.

Duties:

• Capture client requirements, develop BIM strategy.
• Strong understanding of Civil/Arch/Mech design and construction.
• Author key BIM documentation and workflows, adhering to industry best practice.
• Lead and manage BIM rollout and implementation across projects and programs.
• Communicate BIM strategy, documentation, and workflows to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Interface with clients, design teams, and contractors to implement BIM methodologies.
• Lead and manage a team.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Review project models for accuracy.
• Conduct clash detection on project models.
• Analyze construction documentation.
• Analyze and interpret data against project requirements.
• Write detailed reports.
• Peer review colleague work, upholding Turner & Townsend quality.
• Support colleagues with project deliverables.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Turner &Townsend BIM documentation and processes.
• Create and contribute to bid proposals.
• Provide line management.
• Research and develop emerging technologies.
• Champion digital services for Turner & Townsend.
• Adhere to SOX controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2-5 years post-graduate BIM management experience.
• Commercial real estate construction project delivery experience.
• Data Center construction project management experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of emerging technology.
• Knowledge of industry and international BIM standards.
• Strong construction knowledge.
• Understanding of BIM enabled project roles and responsibilities.
• Creation and maintenance of BIM documentation.
• Common data environment knowledge.
• 3D modeling software (Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.).
• Construction documentation knowledge and on-site experience.
• 3D model interrogation and clash detection software (Solibri, Navisworks, etc.).
• Proactive learning of new software.

Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year.
