Full-Time Business & Strategy Operations Manager

Real is a fast-growing national real estate brokerage powered by technology. We're seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly organized Business Operations Manager to drive execution, improve processes, and accelerate impact across our fast-growing wallet team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive performance rigor: Own weekly operational rhythm, track KPIs, identify anomalies, and prioritize key areas.
• Lead mission-critical initiatives: Lead cross-functional efforts for high-stakes feature launches and strategic operational improvements, focusing on outcomes.
• Be a systems thinker and a fixer: Deep dive into operational pain points, solve root causes, and improve systems.
• Shape product and strategy through insight: Analyze data, synthesize information, and influence decisions on feature prioritization and new product concepts.
• Act like an owner: Identify gaps in the team, plan, or product, and proactively push forward ideas.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent project management and execution capabilities
• High comfort level with data analysis, including data extraction, analysis, and interpretation using Excel and SQL
• Clear and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts and drive business outcomes
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

Experience & Education Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of total experience, including fintech, payments, or consumer financial products experience.
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent high-impact roles
• 2+ years in a high-growth tech or fintech environment
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a top-tier institution is a plus
