As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to analyze the current and future states of both organizational and IT systems. You will balance expectations with feasibility and business value for change initiatives.
Your responsibilities include discovering, planning, and overseeing the scope implementation for projects. You will drive operational excellence in processes, work on internal projects within a global company environment, and develop offerings for customers.
You will have the opportunity to work with subject matter experts, development teams, department heads, and top management. You will own the systems under your care, providing insights and leading the path to their evolution.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize stakeholder expectations, business processes, systems, and tools to introduce system and organizational changes with feasible and beneficial outcomes.
- Build business cases supported by metrics and KPIs.
- Manage and refine system/product backlogs.
- Organize and document system scope and requirements clearly and precisely.
- Validate solution coherence with business requirements.
- Serve as Product Owner for internal systems.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Expectations:
- 2+ years of commercial experience.
- Excellent communication and analysis/synthesis skills, English C1.

- Good understanding of user experience and IT systems design.
- Familiarity with agile and software development practices.
