Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Digital Business Division. The successful candidate will support growth initiatives focused on Gen AI and CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies/proposals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop & execute go-to-market motions.
- Coordinating/supporting proof-of-concept efforts to ongoing engagements.
- Engaging clients regularly to identify needs, gather requirements, and manage issues.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge/experience in CRM, email marketing, &/or Gen AI.
- Proven success in program management or business development roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in CRM, marketing, &/or Gen AI.
- Experience in business development or business analyst roles, or other operational roles.
- Client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (technical & non-technical audiences).
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
- Knowledge of Gen AI technologies & applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving results & contributing to business growth.
Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 per year
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
