Contractor Business Analyst - CRM Expertise

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Digital Business Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting growth initiatives across company's services with a focus on Gen AI and CRM. This role requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, and/or Gen AI, as well as a track record of success in program management or business development, analyst roles.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies and proposals
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market motions
• Coordinate, support proof-of-concept efforts to convert to ongoing engagements
• Engaging clients on regular basis to identify needs, gather requirements, manage issues

Qualifications:

• Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 a year
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in CRM, marketing and/or Gen AI in business development or business analyst or other operational roles
• Client facing experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with CRM platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, etc.
• Knowledge of Gen AI technologies and their applications in the digital landscape is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of driving results and contributing to business growth
