Full-Time Business Analyst/Project Manager

Boost IT is a Portuguese technology consultancy company, integrated into a leading entrepreneurial group in Portugal. We seek a dynamic and reliable Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

• Gather and document business requirements for digital projects.
• Analyze current business processes and propose improvements/automations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design digital solutions.
• Use data analytics tools for performance tracking and insights.
• Create comprehensive documentation (process flows, functional specs, user guides).
• Drive continuous improvement with proactive solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communication across teams.
• Develop and manage project plans for successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 2-4+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
• Proven experience with e-commerce or digital projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Based in Portugal (Full remote).
• Proficient in tools like Microsoft Visio, Jira, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
