Full-Time Business Consultant Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and lead project assignments (data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, business analysis, implementation roadmaps).
• Take up team lead roles.
• Contribute to the Industry Sector team's growth, expand offering, and participate in seminars, publications.
• Improve operational performance.
• Assist project owners/program managers on digital transformation programs.
• Strategically frame and optimize business processes.
• Implement master plans and support information system implementation.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/supply chain industry, gained within a consulting firm focusing on Operations Excellence.
• Experience in cross-functional projects to improve operational excellence.
• Ability to manage project teams at key clients.
• Propose solutions for high-value-added business topics (Industrial and General Management).

Skills/Qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Proficient in Dutch or French (professional level).
• Interest in ERP tools, MES solutions, Industry 4.0 technologies is a plus.
