About the Internship:This 3-month hands-on training internship equips you with practical business development skills. You'll work directly with our team, identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and learning to close deals. What You'll Learn:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients, develop lead strategies.
- Sales Strategies: Understand the sales process from prospecting to closing, craft compelling pitches.
- Partnership Development: Identify and build strategic partnerships, draft/negotiate agreements.
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Contribute to strategies positioning the company effectively.
- Communication & Negotiation: Master professional communication and relationship-building, learn negotiation techniques.
- CRM & Data Management: Use CRM tools for lead tracking, contact management, and data analysis.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and partnership development. Collaborate with the team to refine strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and contacting potential clients/partners.
- Conduct market research for trend/growth opportunities.
- Support creation of sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM databases.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for growth strategies.
- Shadow experienced team members in client meetings/negotiations.
