Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the entire sales funnel, from generating new opportunities to acquiring new clients.
- Prospecting new clients by telephone, email and social media.
- Working in partnership with our BDRs and doing the product demonstration.
- Present our solution with a focus on the prospect's needs and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit proposals according to the profile of each potential client.
- Negotiate prices, contract and payment terms to close new deals.
- Maintain the CRM up to date, fully controlling your process, and achieving individual goals.
- Analyze and improve your own results continuously to help the team achieve the KPI results.
Requirements:
- Strong development and negotiation skills
- Proven high performance and target achievement track record
- Highly communicative and enjoy talking with people from several cultures
- Self-motivated and driven by challenges
- Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excited to always learn more
- Focused on metrics and closing deals
- Advanced/Native English skills (C1/C2 level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Inside Sales, Closer or Business Development Manager in SaaS Companies (software as a service)
- Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Good Internet speed - you will work remotely
Nice-to-have:
- Experience as Business Development Representative, mainly in outbound prospecting
- Previous experience in the hospitality market
