Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the entire sales funnel, from generating new opportunities to acquiring new clients.
  • Prospecting new clients by telephone, email and social media.
  • Working in partnership with our BDRs and doing the product demonstration.
  • Present our solution with a focus on the prospect's needs and opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit proposals according to the profile of each potential client.
  • Negotiate prices, contract and payment terms to close new deals.
  • Maintain the CRM up to date, fully controlling your process, and achieving individual goals.
  • Analyze and improve your own results continuously to help the team achieve the KPI results.

Requirements:

  • Strong development and negotiation skills
  • Proven high performance and target achievement track record
  • Highly communicative and enjoy talking with people from several cultures
  • Self-motivated and driven by challenges
  • Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excited to always learn more
  • Focused on metrics and closing deals
  • Advanced/Native English skills (C1/C2 level)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Inside Sales, Closer or Business Development Manager in SaaS Companies (software as a service)
  • Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
  • Available to work 40 hours per week
  • Good Internet speed - you will work remotely

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience as Business Development Representative, mainly in outbound prospecting
  • Previous experience in the hospitality market
